World Cup 2022: Colombian football player receiving death threats over controversial match
A Colombian football player proclaimed he and his colleagues
have received death threats following a debated match in Colombia on Saturday.
The match in question between Llaneros FIFA Football World cup 2022 and Union
Magdalena SA saw Llaneros concede two goals in extra time resulting in the
start of a match-fixing examination against the club after it was suspect by
fans and even the country's leader of tossing the match.

In a 30-second video sent
on social media on Tuesday Jorge Duván Mosquera. A Llaneros protector spoke his
remarks to President Ivan Duque himself saying we fear for our own lives I and
my colleagues are afraid to go out we fear rather might happen to us on the street.
Following Mosquera's video Llaneros FC confirmed in a public statement that
some of its players had received death threats proclaiming the club wrote the
police and hired a law firm to assist its players.
But during 6 minutes of the extra time, they approved 2
goals which caused a Magdalena victory and following promotion. In the second
of those 2 goals, however, the Llaneros wary line supposedly appears to play
half-heartedly and lets Magdalena's striker score almost unopposed. For more

The consequence of the match drew censure
right at the final shriek with the official transmission observer disapproving
the Llaneros and calling the match a real shame. The analyses only mounted when
the leader of the Colombian professional Qatar FIFA world cup 2022 league announced
the opening of a formal study on the match.
Claims of match-fixing and sports fraud erupted over the
weekend in Colombian media and current and emerita Colombian footballers. In
1994 Colombian football player Andres Escobar was shot at a nightclub in
Medellin just 5 days after the Colombian national team was booted out of
the Football World Cup 2022 and tickets in a 2-1 conquest against the United
States due to an Escobar own goal.
